ok let's talk about privacy for a sec. honestly, giving out your email, address and phone number to a random website is always kinda scary. we buy stuff online all the time so we totally feel the same way! at saffron ali we take ur privacy seriously and we promise to treat ur info with respect.

What info do we actually take?

so when ur just hanging out on our site looking at dresses, the website automatically picks up some boring technical stuff. like what browser ur using or what country ur in. its basic data that just helps us make the website run less buggy.

but when u actually buy something, obviously we need more info. we'll ask for ur name, shipping address, and email so we can literally send u the clothes and send u the tracking number.

what do we use it for tho?

mainly just to do our job tbh! to pack ur order, print the shipping label, and get it to your door. we also use ur email to send u that "yay ur order shipped" message.

if u checked the box saying u want emails from us, we might hit u up sometimes when we drop a new collection or have a massive sale. but if u get annoyed by our emails u can just click unsubscribe at the bottom anytime. we wont be offended lol.

do we share ur info?

short answer: nope, never with sketchy people. we literally never sell ur email to those weird marketing companies. thats just gross.

we DO have to share ur address with the delivery guys (like fedex or whoever) otherwise u wouldnt get ur package! we also run the store on Shopify, which is a super secure platform, so ur data goes through their crazy encrypted systems. they handle all the tech stuff so we dont have to worry about it.
