ngl buying clothes online is literally a gamble sometimes lol. like u check the size chart 3 times and it still just fits kinda weird when it arrives. we've all been there tbh! thats why we try to make returning stuff as chill as possible.

if ur not 100% obsessed with what u got from us, no worries. we got u covered.

The 7 day thing

so u basically have 7 days from when the postman drops off ur package to decide if ur gonna keep it. try it on, see how it looks with ur fave heels. if its a no, just let us know bfore those 7 days are up. if a week goes by and we dont hear from u, we just assume u loved it and we cant really take it back after that tbh.

Keep it clean plz!

we r super happy to do returns but plz do us a solid: make sure the clothes r unwashed and u haven't actually worn them out anywhere. all the original tags gotta be on there too. if we get something back and it smells like perfume or looks worn, we sadly cant accept it and thats always awkward for everyone involved yknow?

How to swap or return

wanna send something back? its super easy. just go to our "Raise Request" page (link at the bottom) or shoot an email to [email protected]. tell us ur order number and what went wrong. our support girls will walk u through the rest and tell u where to ship it.

plz plz dont just mail it back randomly without talking to us first! it gets lost in the warehouse and gives us a massive headache trying to figure out who it belongs to.

money stuff (refunds)

when we recieve ur return, we just do a quick check to make sure the tags are still good. then we hit the refund button right away. it usually takes a couple days to show up on ur bank statement cause banks are just slow like that.

oh and just a heads up, we dont refund the original shipping fee cause we already paid the courier for that!
