Our Shipping Process

hey guys! first of all, thank u sooo much for shopping with saffron ali. my team literally does a happy dance whenever a new order comes in. we totally get that waiting for a new outfit to arrive feels like an eternity, specially when u have an event coming up.

since we're a pretty small team, we pack every single order ourselves with lots of love. here is the rundown on how we get ur beautiful ethnic wear from our hands to ur door.

When does my stuff ship?

we usually manage to pack and ship everything out within 1 to 2 days. if u order on a friday night or the weekend, we probably wont get to it until monday morning tbh! during crazy busy sales or festive times it might take us an extra day just cause of the crazy volume, but we promise we r working as fast as humanly possible.

if theres ever a massive delay (like we ran out of fabric or theres a huge storm), we won't just leave u in the dark. we'll def shoot u an email to let u know what's going on.

how long till it gets here?

honestly it depends on where u live. standard delivery usually takes about 3 to 5 business days after we hand it to the courier. if ur in a massive rush, we offer express shipping which takes like 1 or 2 days.

just a heads up tho: once we give the box to the shipping company, it's kinda out of our hands. sometimes weird weather or local holidays can slow them down a bit.

Tracking ur package

as soon as ur order is packed and the label is printed, you'll get an email with a tracking number. give it like 24 hrs to actually show up on the couriers website cause their systems are kinda slow sometimes lol.

What if it arrives damaged?

we literally check every item before putting it in the bag, but transit accidents happen. if ur package arrives looking completely crushed, plz dont panic! just take a couple pics of the damage and email them to [email protected]. we will sort it out and make sure u get a replacement or refund asap.
