Hey guys, welcome to Saffron Ali! We know reading "Terms of Service" pages isn't exactly anyone's idea of a fun time, but we have to lay down some basic ground rules. We'll try to keep this as straightforward and human as possible, so you know exactly what to expect when you hang out and shop on our website.

The Basics

Whenever you browse our site or decide to buy something pretty, you're basically agreeing to these rules. We're running this website (Saffron Ali), and by "we" or "us," we just mean our small team working hard behind the scenes. If you don't agree with the rules we've set up, then you probably shouldn't use the site. But we really hope you stick around!

Shopping & Prices

We work super hard to make sure our photos look exactly like the physical clothes. We want you to see the real colors and details. But keep in mind, everyone's phone screen or laptop monitor is a little different, so the colors might look just a tiny bit different in person. We hope you understand that!

Also, our prices might change occasionally. We try our best to keep them steady, but sometimes the cost of fabrics goes up or something else changes on our end. If we do have to change a price or discontinue a particular dress, we reserve the right to do that without sending out a massive warning beforehand.

A Little Honesty

We are only human! Sometimes our team might make a tiny typo on the website—maybe we accidentally wrote the wrong price, or maybe we said an item is in stock when it actually just sold out five minutes ago. If that happens, we're really sorry! We reserve the right to fix those little mistakes and even cancel an order if we have to. If we do cancel your order because of a glitch on our end, we'll obviously refund you immediately and send you an apology.

Playing Fair

We built this store for our amazing community of women who love ethnic fashion. We ask that you don't use our website to do anything illegal, spammy, or harmful. If we notice someone trying to hack the site or using a stolen credit card, we will absolutely refuse service to them to protect ourselves and our real customers.
